PRE EMPTIVE FINANCIAL WAR DECLARED

I’ve been takin a beatin out there.  It’s hard to be right when you’re left.  But I’ve been right.  I’ve said it so often that now everyone says it, “Privitize Profits, Socialize Losses ”.  No one would say it when I said it, which would have been in time to prevent it, but just know that Privitizing Profits, Socializing Losses HAS BEEN the Bush Economic Policy  for 7 years.  It was doomed to fail. 

Bush and Cheney allowed everything and anything in Financial Markets to occur and then after the heist do they have to return the money?  Hell no.  YOU put the money back into their failed businesses.  Yep.  This has been the greatest con job, bank heist, rip off, robbery, raping of the US Treasury in the History of the World.

Even if you don’t think it was grand theft, bailing out broke Financial Institutions who failed to safeguard their money makes sense to NO ONE.  

The crisis isn’t really a crisis either.  This is PRE EMPTIVE. 

One solution would be to simply negotiate with you.  Too simple, and who makes money that way? 

The newspapers were screaming there is worthless paper out there being sold and resold to Financial Institutions.  This can’t work.  And then it didn’t.

It wasn’t just houses, it was OIL too.  Fake value was put on a barrel of crude by speculators.  The President did nothing.  The cost of everything sky rocketed.  Then speculators bet the price would go down and it did.  But the price at the pump stayed the same.  That’s because there was no relationship between the price of crude and the price at the pump.  It was all just manipulation.

Now in the middle of the night, over a weekend THE BAILOUT “plan” appears.  There are no new regulations attached to receiving the Bail Out money so this could happen all over again, and there are no “people” to sort through these loans so we have to “contract out” that job on top of it.

 This is THE PATRIOT ACT ALL OVER AGAIN. Anything Congress RUSHES through will be THE WRONG RESPONSE  and take from you all that you have.  Freedom, privacy, money, credit, all of it must go! 

The  massive “bailout package”  has to be paid for.

 How? Perhaps a massive tax increase, definitely very tight credit markets for you and for small businesses.  There will be bank merger after bank merger which will limit competition for loans and bank services.  The Treasury will hire  ”contractors”  through “no bid contracts”  to  place a “value” on valueless paper and set the price YOU have to pay to settle all the debt.  NO one will really know how to price these things.  NO one will know what they’re doing, but everyone will get INTO THE BUSINESS of buying and selling these worthless assets.

There will be a bail out of both foreign and domestic banks with your tax dollars, and all of this will happened without REGULATIONS or OVERSIGHT . 

THE REAL SOLUTION IS THE ONE YOU KNOW.  If the markets were regulated NOW and Mortgage holders would be permitted to renegotiate the principal on their home loans this would STOP dead in it’s tracks.   Every individual with a bad loan could offer to pay 60 cents on the dollar, more or less and keep their home.

If we could make deals with credit card companies to settle our debts this would stop now because we’d have more money in our pockets to prop up the Economy.

If we raised taxes on Billionaires who created this mess and forced them to pay for this, This would stop NOW.

If we lowered taxes on Small Businesses  and gave them low cost inventory loans  THIS WOULD STOP NOW.

If we lowered taxes on everyone making less than 2M a year, and raised taxes through the roof on those who had profits of over $10 Million this would stop NOW.  Small businesses would pop up all over America and people could go back to work, small business would flourish and the taxes we pay at the lower rates would pay down the DEBT.

If we left Iraq NOW we would add  10 Billion a MONTH to the Treasury.

This Government Bailout of banks BEFORE they fail, including FOREIGN BANKS with Taxpayer dollars is PRE EMPTIVE FINANCIAL WAR on the American People.  It is the last part of Shock and Awe.   

DO NOT SIT IDLY BY.  Demand that this stop.  DEAD COLD. 

What we need and want is REREGULATION of FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS . 

1. Give Homeowners the ability to negotiate home loans,  car loans,  credit card debt .
2. Set up a Resolution Trust Corporation to buy back homes we can’t afford to keep  with a Board of Directors to monitor all purchases and sales.    
3. Immediately force Financial Institutions to stop paying dividends to shareholders.   
4. Sell the hard assets of failed financial institutions, offices, buildings, computers, desks, any real property they owned.
5. Oversight on the entire Bailout process through a Board of Directors to oversee any acution of  company assets. 
6. Charge CEOs with fraud and levy huge fines on those who profited from Fraud and Misery.
7. Enact a law that states that a CEO can not make more than 144 times the amount the lowest paid worker makes. 
8. Ban NO BID contracts with shadowy people who  for a profit  will price and sell assets, loans, banks.  

Secretary of the Treasury  Henry Paulson  Former CEO of Goldman Sachs must NOT be left alone, unregulated in this process.

So let us ask the question that should be on the mind of every thinking person in the world at this moment: If John McCain becomes the 44th president of the United States, what are the odds that a blood clot or falling object will make Sarah Palin the 45th?

The actuarial tables on the Social Security Administration website suggest that there is a better than 10% chance that McCain will die during his first term in office. Needless to say, the Reaper’s scything only grows more insistent thereafter. Should President McCain survive his first term and get elected to a second, there is a 27% chance that Palin will become the first female U.S. president by 2015. If we take into account McCain’s medical history and the pressures of the presidency, the odds probably increase considerably that this bright-eyed Alaskan will become the most powerful woman in history.

As many people have noted, placing Palin on the ticket has made these final months of the already overlong 2008 campaign much more interesting. Is Palin remotely qualified to be president of the United States? No. But that’s precisely what is so interesting. McCain not only has thrown all sensible concerns about good governance aside merely to pander to a sliver of female and masses of conservative Christian voters, he has turned this period of American history into an episode of high-stakes reality television: Don’t look now, but our cousin Sarah just became leader of the free world! Tune in next week and watch her get sassy with Pakistan!

Americans have an unhealthy desire to see average people promoted to positions of great authority. No one wants an average neurosurgeon or even an average carpenter, but when it comes time to vest a man or woman with more power and responsibility than any person has held in human history, Americans say they want a regular guy, someone just like themselves. President Bush kept his edge on the “Who would you like to have a beer with?” poll question in 2004, and won reelection.

This is one of the many points at which narcissism becomes indistinguishable from masochism. Let me put it plainly: If you want someone just like you to be president of the United States, or even vice president, you deserve whatever dysfunctional society you get. You deserve to be poor, to see the environment despoiled, to watch your children receive a fourth-rate education and to suffer as this country wages — and loses — both necessary and unnecessary wars.

McCain has so little respect for the presidency of the United States that he is willing to put the girl next door (soon, too, to be a grandma) into office beside him. He has so little respect for the average American voter that he thinks this reckless and cynical ploy will work.

And it might. Palin’s nomination has clearly excited Christian conservatives, and it may entice a few million gender-obsessed fans of Hillary Clinton to vote entirely on the basis of chromosomes. Throw in a few million more average Americans who will just love how the nice lady smiles, and 2009 could be a very interesting year.
